- The browser splits the file into small chunks and plays them as animated QR frames on screen.
- Open the receive page on your phone, scan the frames, and download the rebuilt file after hash verification.
When to Use QR File Transfer
QR file transfer is useful when a USB cable is blocked, Bluetooth is unreliable, public WiFi is not trusted, or you simply want a no-account way to move a small document, image, note, or PDF from a computer to a phone.

Yes. LumaPass renders animated QR frames on the sending screen and scans them with the receiving camera. The file bytes are processed in browser memory instead of being uploaded to a server.
